I picked up a bunch of blank boxes when they were on a mega-sale at a local office store. My kiddos and I were crafting earlier and they came up with the idea of the “Christmas Surprise Gift Box.”
- Get creative and decorate the blank box (We went for a Christmas-theme obviously).
- Write notes, draw pictures, glue school pictures, etc. in the inside of the box. Give your kiddos ownership. My 5 year old daughter glued pictures and wrote love notes, while my 7 year old son designed the Millennium Falcon and drew other Star Wars-themed characters and spacecraft.
3. Allow to dry then wrap for a gift. Imagine how much Grandma and Grandpa will love this personalized, hand-made gift!
