Exercise: It’s Not Just For Adults

Exercise.  It is a controversial word for some of us, isn’t it?  Some people love it, some people don’t.  Some people dread it’s everyday existence on our planet.  Regardless, for most of us, it’s a good thing to do and teach our children to do.  I have been trying to exercise more with my kiddos.  I want to model a healthy lifestyle to them.  I try to do this by eating healthy foods, exercising, and drinking lots of water.  Yes, I have a crazy big sweet tooth and do not always feel like exercising.  But I know that ultimately it will benefit my health, as well as the health of my two most precious gifts.

It doesn’t matter if you have a gym membership or if you wear name-brand work-out gear.  Just turn-off the Paw Patrol, get up off the couch, and get moving with your kids.

Go for a walk (or run!), swim, have a dance party, bike ride, skateboard, rollerblade, hopscotch, play catch, play on a playground, play sports…it doesn’t matter WHAT you do, it’s that you DO IT and best of all…WITH your kids!!  You are their role model.  So be a good, healthy role model for them!

Do you want HEALTHY ENERGY to help you keep up with your kiddos?  Try Spark!  Spark has been a HUGE game-changer for me!
