Chances are, you have done this craft in one form or another. Not only is it cute, but it is also great fine-motor practice for your little one(s), as well.
You will need: construction paper color of your choice (we choose red for the hearts and white for the words), glue or tape, pencil, markers, and scissors.
1. Using a pencil, trace your child’s hands on the construction paper. If they are able to, have them cut out both hands. Then write, “I love you…” on one hand and “love-your child’s name” on the other hand.
2. Cut a medium-size strip of construction paper and write “this much” on it. Fold back and forth (fan or accordion style).
3. Glue or tape the strip between the hands.
4. Voila! Cute and crafty!
